Step 1

Enter the username (your 7 digit student ID number) and temporary password.

• If you do not know your temporary password, it is set to the following:
  First initial (uppercase) + last initial (lowercase) + six digit birthdate (MMDDYY) format + last digit of your zip code
• For example, if Bob Marlin was born on May 12, 2001 and lives in the 23455 zip code, his default password would be Bm0512015

Step 2

Enter the default password from Step 1 in the Old Password field and enter a new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields then click Change Password.

Password Complexity Rules:

• Minimum 10 characters
• Use 3 of the following 4 items:
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Special Characters

You will see the following popup after changing your password.

Once you click close, you will be prompted to set up your password self service features. Be sure to click the green Click Here button.

Step 3

You will need to enter the answers for three security questions before proceeding to password reset. These questions will assist you in resetting your password should you forget it in the future.
The final question is one that you create yourself. Once you have entered all the information, click Next.
